I didn’t come into this work because I had it all figured out.
Honestly? I came into it because I was the one who couldn’t figure it out.
I’d watch women around me — same life stage, same circumstances — and they seemed to just know how to move forward. I was trying everything and going nowhere. That gap between effort and change became the question I couldn’t let go of.
